Booking information & cancellation
Reservation and payment of deposit
Upon acceptance of the offer, payment of a deposit corresponding to 35% of the booking amount is requested. The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit, which will be followed by our confirmation in writing. The general booking and cancellation conditions are deemed to be understood and accepted in full upon payment of the deposit.
Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Confirmatory deposit: bank transfer or online via credit card;
- Balance of stay: VISA, Mastercard, PagoBANCOMAT/Maestro, bank cheque, cash (within the legal limit for cash payments).
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
- cancellation of the reservation between 30 days beforehand and up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date: 35% of the total agreed price;
- cancellation of the reservation between 15 days beforehand and up to the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total agreed price.
We recommend taking out travel protection insurance: this insurance covers cancellation charges if – for serious reasons – you are unable to take your holiday.
We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of early departure.
Tourist tax
A tourist tax of €1.50 per person/per day is levied by the municipality of Torri del Benaco. The booking price does not include this tax.
Arrival and departure
Your suite will be available from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival; the suite must be vacated by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. Late check-out is possible until 5 p.m. at an additional charge of € 250, subject to availability. We will charge the full nightly rate if you wish to leave your suite after 5 p.m.
Parking & Transfer
The large underground garage is suitable for all types of vehicles and provides shelter, rain or shine. Using the garage is free of charge for hotel guests. In addition, charging stations for electric cars are located inside the garage (against a fee). We would be happy to arrange a transfer service for you from the airport, train station or any other pick-up point.
Suites
The photos are indicative of the type of suite in the relevant category. Each suite is individual and differs in certain details from the others. It is possible to book one of our suites for single use.
Dogs and pets
Only small dogs are permitted. We have a limited number of dedicated rooms available: we would therefore ask you to inform us when booking if you intend to bring a dog. A daily surcharge of €50 per dog (excluding food) will be made, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse access to your dog if you fail to inform us appropriately. Other pets are not allowed.
Smoking ban
There are no indoor smoking areas at Cape of Senses. Smoking is forbidden in all suites.
