• The Retreat is valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights (full retreat duration) - from November 05th, 2026, to November 8th, 2026.
• Bookable up to 4 weeks before arrival.                
• Offer subject to availability and not combinable with other promotions.

Booking Confirmation:

• To confirm the retreat reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total retreat amount is required via credit card, along with authorization to store the card details as a guarantee for any unpaid amounts (select “I consent to storage”). The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. If, during the online booking process, the storage of the credit card is not authorized, the hotel will subsequently send a secure link through which the credit card details can be entered as a guarantee. Once this process is completed, a written confirmation of the reservation will be sent. In the event of non-payment of the amounts due, the hotel reserves the right to charge the provided credit card.
• Balance Payment: Full balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival, non-refundable
• Extras: Any extras incurred during the stay to be settled upon check-out.

Retreat Confirmation:

• The retreat will be confirmed once the minimum number of participants is reached at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. The hotel will notify all guests holding a reservation in writing of the retreat confirmation.

Optional Retreat Activities:

• Guests are invited to enhance their retreat by participating in optional group activities offered during the retreat.
• All optional activities must be booked through the Hotel
• To ensure participation and availability, guests must reserve and confirm any additional activities by the date on which the final retreat balance payment is due (four (4) weeks prior to arrival).
• These activities considered extras and are not included in the retreat package price. Charges for such services will be added to the guest's final invoice and settled upon check-out.

Retreat Cancellation:

• Should the minimum number of participants not be reached at least four (4) weeks prior to the retreat start date, the retreat will be cancelled. In such event, all participants will be notified in writing by the hotel and will receive a full refund of any retreat deposit paid (50% of the total retreat fee).

Guest Cancellations:

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

The following conditions apply:

• The 50% deposit will be refunded only in the event that the retreat is cancelled by the hotel due to the minimum participant requirement not being met.
• Once the retreat has been confirmed by the hotel, guests remain liable for the full retreat amount.
• Once the final balance is due and paid (four (4) weeks prior to arrival),the full retreat amount is non-refundable. 

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Online deposit via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Pagobancomat/EC card.
• Full balance of the retreat and all booked services is due 4 weeks prior to arrival via Visa, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards, Pagobancomat/EC card - Non refundable  
• Extras: Any extras incurred during the stay to be settled upon check-out via Visa, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards, Pagobancomat/EC card, or cash (within the maximum limit permitted by law for cash payments).
• Bank transfer: accepted only if it is not possible to provide a credit card as a guarantee, and exclusively for payment of the total amount of the booked services.

• The hotel shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by participants as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to travel, transportation, accommodation, or other related expenses.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including retreat cancellation, travel disruptions, medical emergencies, or other related risks.
• For convenience, the hotel may facilitate access to travel insurance through a trusted third-party provider. Guests will have the option to purchase such insurance independently at the time of paying the retreat deposit, and a payment link will be provided during the booking process. Any insurance policy purchased through this option will be contracted directly between the guest and the insurance provider, and all payments shall be made directly to the provider.
• The hotel acts solely as an intermediary in facilitating access to the insurance provider and assumes no responsibility or liability for the insurance policy, its terms, coverage, claims handling, or any decisions made by the insurer.
• Guests who already hold a private travel insurance policy may rely on their existing coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of their respective insurance provider.
