Validity of the offer
- Only valid for stays from Sundays to Fridays:
- from February 8th, 2026 to April 01st, 2026
- from 01st November, 2026 to December 22nd, 2026
- Bookable up to 4 days before arrival.
- Offer subject to availability and not combinable with other promotions.
Booking conditions
To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount is required via credit card, along with authorization to store the card details as a guarantee for any unpaid amounts (select “I consent to storage”). The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit and the credit card details. If, during the online booking process, the storage of the credit card is not authorized, the hotel will subsequently send a secure link through which the credit card details can be entered as a guarantee. Once this process is completed, a written confirmation of the reservation will be sent. In the event of non-payment of the amounts due, the hotel reserves the right to charge the provided credit card.
Payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Online deposit via Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Pagobancomat/EC card.
- Balance of the stay and all booked services upon arrival via Visa, Mastercard, and Amex credit cards, Pagobancomat/EC card, or cash (within the maximum limit permitted by law for cash payments).
- Bank transfer: accepted only if it is not possible to provide a credit card as a guarantee, and exclusively for payment of the total amount of the booked services.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
The following conditions apply:
- From 30 to 15 days before arrival: the deposit paid will be retained as a confirmation fee.
- From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%of the total stay amount will be charged.
