Validity of the offer
- Valid for stays from November 03rd, 2025, to December 22nd, 2025.
- Bookable up to 24h before arrival.
- Offer subject to availability and not combinable with other promotions.
Booking conditions
A deposit equal to 35% of the total stay amount is required to confirm the reservation. Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the booking and cancellation conditions.
Payment methods
- Deposit: by bank transfer or online credit card payment.
- Balance: we accept VISA, Mastercard, Pagobancomat/EC, bank checks, and cash (within the limits established by law).
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
The following conditions apply:
- From 30 to 15 days before arrival: the deposit paid will be retained as a confirmation fee.
- From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%of the total stay amount will be charged.
